ADULT AND CHILD MENTAL HEALTH REHABILITATION SERVICES
Community Care Counseling shall provide mental health rehabilitation services in the state of TX. Mental Health Rehabilitation services are outpatient services that are medically necessary and can assist in the recovery and resilience of the recipient. Community care Counseling shall provide these services as needed basis to assist recipients in coping with the symptoms of their illnesses, minimizing the disabling effects of mental illness on their capacity for independent living, and preventing or limiting periods of inpatient treatment.
